About Emma

After successfully navigating many challenges in both my personal and professional life, I created a vision of a company that focuses on the hidden depths of leaders to bring out the very best in them. A vision that supports leadership teams become truly collaborative and communicate with clarity and authenticity. From this vision Numonde was born.
My role as a coach, mentor, and leadership trainer is to hear the challenges you face as a leader, and provide the assistance, framework, and enthusiasm to support both you and your team. Together we'll harness and enhance your innate leadership skills and talents to lay the bedrock of organisational greatness.
My coaching techniques offer a new perspective, a perspective that supportively challenges those I work with to develop a level of self-awareness likely hitherto unknown. Far from indulgent, profound self-awareness provides every leader with valuable insight into how they can develop an authentic and consistent approach to inspiring those around them to perform at their very best.
How do I do it?
I’m a problem solver. I’m logical but operate with humour. I have an enquiring mind but am very self-aware. I am passionate, tenacious and a little bit ‘left of centre’ at times, and it all serves to bring you a complete ‘Champion of Development and Evolution’.

The primary meaning behind the name Numonde is ‘new world’… A new world of possibilities and opportunities, a new way of thinking, a new way of leadership. It suits my business as I present a new perspective within your team and help you to gain the confidence to lead within a safe yet questioning environment.
